Firstly clear your history and cookies. This is important. Before signing into your paypal everytime toy should clear your cookies and history.

Never use proxy for using paypal account. They will ban you. 

• Choose country as US.
• You can choose from personal or business account.
• Fill in the details with your name and other details.
• But for address use the one generated in fakename windows . Also use the same zip code, state city etc.

• Now it will ask you to either link your bank account or your credit or debit card. I will recommended linking your credit or debit card.

• Also write the same name written on your payoneer card.
• Pyapal will verify your card and send two amounts less than 1$ to your credit or debit card.
• After 1 day login to your payoneer card . In your transcations history two amounts will be given that are loaded into your payoneer account.
• Clear your cookies and history.
• Login to your paypal account and provide the two amounts that you recieved in your payoneer account.

1. Use you paypal money as soon as you can.
2. Always clear your history or cookies before logging in your paypal account.
3. Note the address you stated in your paypal account.
